Donna Kamm is a lifelong resident of Virginia with thirty years of experience in the practice of law. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree at Virginia Tech and her Law Degree from The University of Richmond, where she served as the Moot Court Chairman and was selected as a National Member of the Order of Barristers, for excellence in courtroom advocacy.

Donna is passionate about protecting those who cannot protect themselves, and is a fierce advocate for all of her clients. She is a strong litigator and also believes that reaching a fair settlement is often best for those she represents. Early in her career,

Donna practiced throughout the Fredericksburg area and was also an Assistant Public Defender for Fredericksburg, before opening her own general practice firm in Stafford. After moving to Northern Virginia, Donna owned her own title company and then returned to the courtroom, as a litigator and managing attorney, for a general practice firm in Alexandria.

Donna has an extensive background in issues involving families and children and has served as a Guardian ad Litem throughout her career. While she comes to Rinehart, Butler, Hodge, Moss & Bryant P.L.C with a breadth of experience in real estate, criminal law, personal injury, estate law, family law and children’s law, Donna’s focus will be on family law, children’s law and criminal law.

Donna is a member of the Alexandria Bar Association, the Fairfax Bar Association and the Fredericksburg Bar Association. She is certified by the Virginia Bar, as a Guardian ad Litem and as a Real Estate Settlement Attorney. Donna is also certified with Boy Scouts of America, as a Boy Scout leader.

Donna practices in numerous jurisdictions throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia, including the cities Alexandria and Fredericksburg, and the counties of Fairfax, Prince William, Stafford, Spotsylvania and Culpeper. She grew up in Prince William and Orange counties and currently resides in Alexandria.
